Physiotherapy + Injury Rehab

Physiotherapy is the management of conditions through physical treatments such as movement & exercise and manual therapy, as well as through education and advice.

It can be REactive or PROactive - treating an injury after it has happened or we can work towards preventing an issue or injury, or improve the outcome of planned surgery.

Fees:

New Clients (60 mins): £80

Follow-up (45 mins): £70

Follow-up (30 mins): £60

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is offered in conjunction with Physiotherapy or as a Stand-Alone Service, and is used to treat pain and discomfort, or as a recovery modality.

Currently I offer this at your home or office.

If you would like to receive Sports Massage at the Shepperton Clinic please contact Level 5 Therapies.

Personal Training

I am hugely passionate about how exercise and strength training can be life-changing.

Not only can it help you recover from an injury, but regular and consistent training can help prevent sports injuries, manage long term pain, build confidence and mood, and help maintain independence as you age.

I am often found in the gym with my clients during their rehab, and inspired by those sessions I now offer training sessions.

If you’re an elite athlete struggling to reach a goal, 70 years old and wanting to stay fit to play tennis or struggling with an ongoing injury, get in touch for a chat or taster session.

Fees:

60 mins in person: £70

Block Bookings of 5 sessions: £315

Yoga and Pilates

As a Qualified Yoga and Pilates Teacher I sometimes integrate these modalities into treatment programmes if clients wish.

I am available to teach private classes in your home, or via Zoom, or to provide services to corporate clients.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest

Deep Non Sleep Rest (DNSR) or Yoga Nidra is a beautiful practice which involves finding a sleep-like state for a short period to allow the brain rest intensely.

This can help you feel restored to take on the rest of your day, recover from a poor nights sleep, or re-set your nervous system to allow you to refocus.

By reducing the stress on the nervous system, these practices can also have a hugely positive effect on your experience of chronic pain.
